1. How do I log in to the Casino?
Connect to Aces High's casino software. Once the software interface is open, click on the 'Connect' button at the bottom of your screen. A grey box will then appear. Enter your Account Number and password as directed (or register for an account as appropriate).

Please note: your password is case-sensitive and has to be entered the same way each time you log in. Should you have any questions, please contact our Support Team.


2. What is my password/account number?
If you should forget either your password or your account number, simply contact our 24/7 Support Team for assistance. Remember to have your registered details handy, as they will be requested.
