1. How do I download more games?
Once you have connected to the casino software, you will see that certain games are greyed out. These games will say 'Click to download'. Select which of the games you would like to download. A 'Loading Package' box will then appear while the game downloads. Close this box and you can continue playing a game of your choice whilst the game(s) download in the background.


2. Why is a game greyed out?
The casino software highlights games that you have not yet downloaded by greying them out. Games may be added to your collection at any time. See above.


3. What if an error occurs while downloading further games?
If you encounter any errors while downloading further games, please contact our Support Team for assistance.


4. Why does it take so long to download new games?
The number of games you have selected, your Internet connection, and the conditions of your Internet Service Provider's (ISP) network all affect your download time.
